The best of friends with a better sense for dreams
Took one big bite and immediately glowed at the seams
And he was lifted, hard and swift
To burst apart like a blissful blister
His liquid face filled every place
In universal dissipation
Breaking cosmic cycles with every breath
It was a hell of a death

I turned two hundred on a happy hour today
All my dearest peers expanded in similar ways
But transcending never befitted me
